The operator also competes. These are the mechanisms that make that checkable instead of a matter of trust.

Open, operator-run, fully auditable

That is the honest label for this site. It is never called neutral or independent while the operator competes and no independent board is seated.

Every gate below is owned in source and blocks publication until met. None requires another organisation.

An optional independent board would allow the stronger neutral label. It gates nothing.

Operator firewall

  • One harness, same configuration, same budget and same access for every system.
  • No special runs and no vendor-authored scores.
  • The operator’s conflict of interest is permanent and the equal-treatment rules are non-waivable.

Disputes and corrections

Results are never silently retracted. Corrections are versioned, the change log is public and appeals are logged. Governance documents live in the repository under docs/governance.
